Hi, I was on a Chicago subway with cans of paint and tips in my bag. I didn’t talk and they booked me and I posted bail. I am not a resident and they didn’t catch me in the act, but they do have reasonable evidence. Does anyone think the charges might get dropped or should I just plead guilty?
