Anyone from the Wilmington, NC area?

Just moved to the area recently. Looking for some cool abandoned warehouses and/or any go to tagging spots around Wilmington/Leland.

Heard about some concrete plant but others were saying that’s no longer abandoned but any good locations would be greatly appreciated.
