Start a new sub for new toy/inexperienced artists to share works with other beginners?

I’ve been a long-time lurker and I recognize that this is a subreddit dedicated to very skilled and artistic individuals and sometimes it’s not always appreciated when a super beginner puts their work here or in r/graffhelp. So I was wondering if there would interest in starting a sub where beginners just sorta shit around and older members who want to mentor newbies are welcome to give advice and share tips for individuals. I know this sounds like r/graffhelp but I’m hoping it’s more of like a fuck around zone for beginners so it stays out of this sub as not yo annoy older patrons
