Reading Tags

Did anyone ever use the Page 000000book.com/ ?
I am trying to do an ai research project on handwriting analysis modified to tags. I want to try to make an AI that can read tags.

Is there a transcript of 000000book.com/s tags to real text? I would need a pretty sizable Dataset to start training my AI.

If that was never done then is there some good database grouping tags with the actual text written?
