As 2022 draws to a close, it is time for the annual Montana Colors Calendar, which you can get for free by asking for it at any of our points of sale. Every year our calendar addresses different themes, and for 2023 we have decided to review some of the innovations that Montana Colors has created throughout its history.

As you probably know, when each year comes to an end, Montana Colors launches a free calendar that is distributed throughout all MTN sales outlets worldwide. In each edition we address a different topic related to our brand, and for the new year ahead we chose to take a glance at a series of innovations from Montana Colors that have proved fundamental in the ongoing expansion of the aerosol universe. Right now these ideas may seem completely standardized to us, but at the time they represented revolutionary initiatives that questioned the standard operating procedures of the unpredictable aerosol market in the graffiti world. Examples of this range from the implementation of the “Donut" or low-pressure aerosols — elements that have been adopted nowadays by practically every graffiti brand — to concepts such as the Montana Shop or limited edition sprays.
This idea did not arise from a desire to boast of being a leading brand and pioneer in the graffiti world, but rather as a tribute to our founder, Jordi Rubio, right at the time when he has decided to step aside professionally from the brand. And because people are the driving force behind this whole adventure at the end of the day, we have dedicated a space in the beginning of the calendar to three Montana Colors employees from different departments. Jordi Portella, Technical Director of Montana Colors and omnipresent in the lab practically since the brand's beginnings; Isaac Alcober, art director and the first designer hired by the firm; and Brenda Torrent, charismatic employee of Montana Shop Barcelona; tell us about their experiences working in the company. 
So, in view of the release of the calendar —which we hope will accompany you throughout the coming year— we wish you all the best for 2023.
